Sofitel Brussels Europe, Place Jourdan 1, Brussels B-1040
Dear Colleague,
We are pleased to invite you to a European Rail Circle lunch on 4 October at 13h00 at the Sofitel Brussels Europe.
On 4 October, our keynote speaker will be Dr. Max Friedli, Director of the Swiss Federal Office of Transport. Dr. Friedli has been director of the Federal Office of Transport since 1994. In this role he has a significant influence on Swiss transport policy, and actively advises the Federal Council on public transport matters.
Dr. Friedli will discuss how Swiss transport policy, and particular the rail sector, contributes to sustainable development, and will offer some lessons from the Swiss experience for transport policy in the EU.
This lunch is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in the sector to debate the practical issues facing European rail policy with an expert group of high level industry stakeholders.
Please complete the attached registration form and return it by fax or e-mail as soon as possible.
I look forward to talking to you over lunch on 4 October.
Kind regards,
Prof. Dr. Klaus Milz
